Happy 4th Birthday, James!

My Baby is 4 (Insert Crying emoji here)

 He said to me:" Mom, I'm busy. Go watch your show until I'm done doing dishes." Haha, I guess I better watch what I say to him! 

 His one request on his Birthday was "A Raspberry shake from that Tastee Treat food store."

I don't have a lot of words when it comes to the fact that he is 4. I truly HATE how quickly they grow up. Before I know it, he's going to be in school and then on his first date and then moving out of the house and I can't even bare to think of it. Haha. I just love this boy so much. He is unbelievably smart and logical. He gets that from his father. He Loves music and art. those two things are kind of his life. I found all his drawings and paintings today and I almost cried. He's so creative and his imagination is mind blowing. He can write his name and really anything. Other than his name he needs help with spelling. He can write his name all by himself! We are going to work really hard on the sounds of letters and such so he can start reading. I'm just bad at doing "school" with him. I can't wait for this little goober to get into school. He is the definition of a social butterfly! He calls the kids at my moms day care "My kids" haha He's so sweet and caring. If one of the kids gets hurt or is crying he tries to make them feel better and sometimes it upsets him too and he starts crying. He's the softest heart. 

BUT..

He's also the fiestiest little boy you will EVER meet. I'm his favorite person to argue with and he is ALWAYS right. James has been talking in full sentences since he was 1 and so you can only imagine his vocabulary now. He blows my mind every single day with a new word. I don't know if he hears me and Lucas talking or if he hears it from his "Shows" but man, that kid is ridiculous. I'm so proud of him and the sweet little boy that he is. 

He also loves playing in the dirt in our backyard, riding his bike, coloring, playing with play dough, eating apples and his "Mints" haha. 

James will always be my first baby and I will ALWAYS refer to him as my Sweet Baby James.
