The Coast

Best trip ever!
this time we decided to go to Seaside and work our way down the coast. I know Seaside is super touristy but it's my favorite for shopping and food. It also has this amazing little 50's bar that sells ALL sodas in the glass bottles. Pretty much my dream. We obviously got Bottled Dr. Pepper and it was as amazing as it sounds. We also went to this little restaurant and it had fresh fish which was great! We loved every minute.   

 *When Lucas was a little kiddo he got a Whale mug that he loved along the coast here and we found exactly 0 that were up to his standards of a REAL Whale mug but this was the closest so we had to take a picture and get one for James. James' says Best Big Brother. It's pretty cute. We never did find that mug. I guess now we have to go back ;)

 After the beach we were headed back to the car but we realized that James wet through his diaper. We were having so much fun on the beach we forgot to change him! So, we ran into one of the gift shops and bought him some sweat pants that say Cannon Beach. He looks so stinkin' cute in them! Also, walking back to our car, I was FREEZING and so we decided to stop into this little crepe place and get one. Well not only did we get a hot chocolate but we got a number 15. I don't know if you can read that but The Goonies have their own Crepe in Cannon Beach. Naturally I HAD TO GET IT! I wasn't even hungry but DANG that thing was good. We had the best time ever. Really, it was JUST what we needed. I'm so so excited for baby #2 but It was nice to do something so fun with James before his little life changed forever. He can look back on these pictures and see how awesome we were. :)

Not 5 minutes back into the car, little crazy man passed out. 

I'm just so thankful for these boys. Can't wait to come back here.
